Terms & Conditions

Rules, guidelines, and user rights governing the use of Hajo platform.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using the Hajo application (on Android, iOS, or web), you enter into a legally binding agreement with AH&V Software Private Limited. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Hyperlocal Discovery Platform Model

Hajo operates as a neutral digital discovery platform and digital storefront directory. We do not act as an intermediary seller or delivery courier. All commercial transactions, product warranties, and return agreements occur directly between citizens (customers) and the independent shop owners.

🛡️ 3. User-Generated Content & Zero Tolerance Policy (Apple EULA Mandate)

Hajo allows users and shop owners to publish photos, video reels, and product reviews. In accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play safety standards, we enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Policy:

  • Any objectionable, sexually explicit, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
  • Users can instantly report any post, reel, comment, or shop profile using the in-app "Report" button.
  • Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours by human moderators, and violating content or abusive user accounts are removed immediately without notice.

4. Shop Owner Terms & Business Verification

Shop owners agree to:

  • Provide genuine shop name, accurate business address, and authentic product pricing.
  • Submit valid business registration proof or GST documents when applying for a "Verified Store" badge.
  • Honor advertised offers and discounts displayed to visiting local customers.

5. Intellectual Property & License

The Hajo brand name, logo, custom algorithms, UI designs, and software code are the intellectual property of AH&V Software Private Limited. Users retain ownership of their uploaded photos and videos, granting Hajo a non-exclusive license to host and display them for operating the platform.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any legal dispute, courts located in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India shall possess exclusive jurisdiction.
