1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hajo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have valid guardian consent to use Hajo. By using the app, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and lawful content when creating listings, reels, or reviews.
  • Respect other users and refrain from abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.
  • Comply with applicable local laws and platform rules.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they upload. By uploading content, you grant Hajo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display it for operating and improving the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hajo is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including data loss or service interruptions.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms or engage in harmful activity without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
